A speculative design project that explores the hidden power of electromagnetic waves and the growing paranoia surrounding control by these waves. The Anti-EMF Jacket is a visionary response: a garment made from Faraday fabric that protects against invisible interference. By detecting surrounding electromagnetic waves, it reacts to threats by inflating into a dynamic sculpture. The design, straddling fashion and technology, transforms vulnerability into resilience, creating a symbol of self-determination in a future of surveillance and manipulation. Programmed with Arduino, Processing, Python, and TouchDesigner.
